Triglycerides
Less than 150 for healthy individuals
Less than 100 for those with risk factors of heart disease
Risk for the development of heart disease is slightly increased if your triglyceride level is between 150 and 200.
Risk for heart disease is "high" if your triglyceride level exceeds 200 and "very high" if it is above 300.
